²¹ For the Son of Man^(A) will go just as it is written^(B) about Him,^(C) but woe^(D) to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man if he had not been born.”

²² As^(E) they were eating, He took bread,^(F) blessed and broke^(G) it, gave it to them,^(H) and said, “Take it;^[a] this is My body.”^(I)

²³ Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks,^(J) He gave it to them, and so they all drank from it.
